Dear Homeowner:

Please be advised that during the August 26, 2021 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved a proposal for Roof and Gutter Maintenance. The Roof and Gutter Maintenance will be assigned for the Courtyard & Enclaves only as the Association maintains the common area exterior of the units in these areas. The Single Family Homes are not included in this work assignment.

The work will be performed by Roofing Standards and is scheduled to begin on Monday October 4, 2021 and continue through Wednesday October 20, 2021. The hours of work will be 8am – 5pm daily.
